Question- As Salamu^alaykum, My question is! What is the proof that it is not permissable to donate the body organs of a dead person?

Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said:
<< كسرُ عظم الميّت ككسره حيّا >>
Which means: << Breaking the bone of a dead person is like breaking his bone while he is still alive >>
