- Conquest of Makkah:
In Ramadan, year 8 H., the Muslims under the command of Prophet Muhammad conquered Makkah. The idols in the Ka^bah were destroyed. - The Holy Qur’an: The Qur’an was brought down in its entirety on the 24th night of Ramadan to a place in the first sky called “Baytul-^Izzah”, Then from Baytul-^Izzah the Qur’an was brought down by Angel Jibril ^alayhis-salam to Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him according to the revelation and order from Allah subhanahu wa-ta^ala.
- Zakah of Fitr:
Zakah of Fitr was ordained two days before the ^Id of the year 2 H.
