Darulfatwa Australia Condemns Manchester Bombing
Darulfatwa-The Islamic High Council of Australia, calls for Muslims to stand together in condemning the attack on Manchester, United Kingdom, Monday 22nd of May.
The suicide bombing at Ariana Grande concert resulted in the death of at least 22 civilians including men, women and children and left dozens injured, by the hands of shunned terrorist groups.
Darulfatwa Chairman, his Eminence Dr. Sheikh Salim Alwan announced:
“This abhorrent act of terrorism should not be associated to Islam in any way. We, as Muslims, strongly condemn such acts and urge all British citizens to stand side by side to face any attempt of causing tribulations amongst them.
“Our hearts go out in sorrow for those who have lost their loved ones in these attacks, and for others who were left injured and struck with shock”.
Darulfatwa Australia urges the world to recognise such radical attacks as attacks not only on the targeted, but also on Islam.
